In recognition of our contribution to the dissemination of the Tabernas Desert as a cinematographic icon, on October 13 we received the Desierto de Tabernas Award at the 2019 Almeria Western Film Festival.
Our associate Juanito Fernández picked up the award on behalf of the entire Fresco Film Services team, this prize is very special for all of us, but a little more special for Juanito since Almería is his homeland where he has been working in the film industry for more than 30 years.
Silvia Aráez, Manager and Executive Producer of Fresco Film, declared that receiving the Desierto de Tabernas Award is a great honor. Almería and especially Tabernas is a film friendly city where they have considerable awareness of the value that film productions bring to local development and, due to their long cinematographic experience, have immense knowledge of how the film industry operates. The Tabernas Desert is a magical place, impressive and full of possibilities because of the beauty of its landscapes, and thanks to this spectacular location we have been able to attract productions such as:

Fresco Film Services will continue to offer up Almeria and the Tabernas Desert as a location for future projects as these scenarios provide exceptional production value and the area has all the necessary infrastructure for large film productions.
