After filming episode 4 of Barcelona Crime, we would again like to thank DREAMTOOL ENTERTAIMENT and ARD-DEGETO for the trust placed in us for filming the series in Barcelona. In addition to our entire team, we appreciate the collaboration of the Catalonia Film commission and Barcelona Film office. This is a police mini series where Xavi Bonet, a Barcelona investigator, and his new partner, Fina Valent, have to solve different mysterious crimes in the city of Barcelona.
In the storyline, crimes are solved by police inspectors throughout various European territories.
The series stars CLEMENS SCHICK (“Xavi Bonet”) – (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0771332/?ref_=nv_sr_2) and ANNE SCHÄFER (“Fina Valent) – (http://www.imdb.com / name / nm3617315 /? ref_ = nv_sr_1).
The series is made up of a succession of 90 minute feature films called «Thursdays Crimes», and is broadcast at 20:15 (prime time).
With a potential audience of more than 82 million Germans, the series gives empowerment to Barcelona’s image, and an important tourist impact in a growing, high quality market.
DREAMTOOL ENTERTAIMENT (Munich), founded in 1999 by Stefan Raiser and Felix Zackor, is a German production company with years of experience in the film and TV-Movies sector, and is responsible for exclusively producing this project for DEGETO.
Ultimate responsibility for the project is the TV channel – ARD-DEGETO (First state chain in Germany).
Once again it has been a fantastic experience, shot entirely in Barcelona city and province during the months of November and December 2019.
